2025: The year Defalto CRM took shape
When we officially started the project in early 2025, we set out with a simple but ambitious goal:
to create a modern, clean, and community-driven open source CRM that helps teams work smarter without unnecessary complexity.
This year has been all about building foundations — both in code and in community.
Highlights of 2025 include:
Launching the first public version of Defalto CRM
Completing over 300 development tasks and UI improvements
Modernizing the platform with PHP 8+ and Bootstrap 5
Releasing key modules: MailManager, Calendar, Tickets, Products, and Invoices
Building our early community of users and contributors across Europe
Defalto has grown from a concept into a living, open platform — ready to evolve with every new contribution and idea.
2026: Growth, features, and community expansion
We’re entering 2026 with clear goals and even bigger motivation.
Next year, we’re focusing on:
Expanding automation and reporting features
Adding integrations with external tools and APIs
Improving user experience and accessibility
Growing our community of developers and partners
We expect significant growth in both adoption and collaboration — and we’re ready for the challenges that come with it.
