After logging into Defalto CRM, users are directed to the main Dashboard by default. This central hub provides a quick overview of key data and activities. You can personalize your experience by setting a different landing page—such as the Sales Dashboard—based on your role or daily needs.
In this section, we’ll highlight the various actions and features available on the Dashboard, supported by visual examples.

The Dashboard provides a personalized hub where users can easily track key CRM insights and daily activities. It offers a clear and flexible view of essential data, performance stats, and ongoing tasks.

The central part of the homepage – as shown in the image below, displays key CRM information using widgets. You can rearrange these widgets by simply dragging and dropping them. To further customize your homepage, you can add new widgets using the button.

  • Menu – Positioned in the top-left corner of the dashboard, the navigation menu serves as the main access point to the CRM’s key modules and tools — including Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Calendar, Tasks, and more. It enables users to quickly jump between different areas of the system with ease.
  • Search – The search bar lets you look through the entire database. It’s case-insensitive, so you can use either uppercase or lowercase letters. For more precise results, click on arrow to set specific search conditions.
  • Right top panel – This area gives you access to user preferences, allows you to view or share information, and lets you log out of the CRM using the user icon. Other icons, such as quick search, create, calendar, and user settings, help streamline your work and make the system easier to use.
  • Wdigets – These are applications you can add to your homepage. We’ll explore widgets in more detail in the upcoming sections.
