Views

The CRM provides several different views, each designed to display key information throughout the process of managing records.

To collect and display your data, the CRM uses the following four types of views:

• List View

• Create and Edit View

• Detail View

• Related List View

Each of these views follows specific rules and offers certain functions. The overall experience remains consistent, whether you’re entering new data for an account or a contact. However, some modules may include special features, which are explained in the following chapters under the Organizations section, as they apply to all other modules as well.
