Related Lists are lists that show the relationship between a record and the master data of other modules. They are accessible from both the Summary View and the Detail View.

In the image below, you can see the highlighted section displaying all modules that are related to the selected Organization in Navigation Panel. By clicking on a module icon and name, you can view the corresponding list of related records from that module.

Additionally, next to each related module, you will see a number indicating how many related records are linked to the current record. This provides a quick overview of associated data without needing to open each module individually.

Related Lists represent a structured way of storing data within your CRM. In each Summary and Detail View, you can clearly see which data records are linked to one another.

The columns displayed in each related list (such as First Name, Last Name, Phone, etc.) are predefined by the CRM system.

Depending on the related module, it is sometimes possible to add related records directly. In our example, you can do this using a button such as , which allows you to immediately create and assign the new record to the selected organization.
