The validity period of the Credits you buy is Life Time. The credits will be detected from your account. You can see your Credit Balance in your Customer Portal. If you run out of credits, you can purchase any of the Credit Pack again and use it for the next services you need. The refund policy does not apply to the Credit plans. Credits will be there in your account and you can use them on your next support services.
