Standard Support Hours
Support Hours are intended for small Jobs (for larger Jobs please check Development service). We will provide reasonable online consultation to assist in the implementation and customisation of the Defalto CRM Software during our Standard Support Hours.
Response Time
Support Response Time means the elapsed time between the incident escalation by Client and the time within which Defalto team begins support and acknowledge receipt verbal or email of the fault to the Client. It’s defined in Bussines hours.
Will I get a refund if I cancel support?
No. Support hours are not transferable from month to month and they are non-refundable even if not exhausted at the period expiration
